While the salt cave is the main event, this location has many other spa offerings from massages, to ionic foot baths, an infrared sauna and more. Upon entering the facility you will be greeted by a friendly receptionist where you are instructed to fill out paperwork. The waiting room is full of himalayan salt lamps of all sizes, salt bath minerals, various crystal bracelets, and much more. It’s a great way to start relaxing and browse all that himalayan salt has to offer.
My husband and I went to the salt caves on my birthday, so we started our experience off with a couples massage. The room was pretty large, well-heated and offered a nice zen space for the massage. For me, the massage was really relaxing. I enjoyed a full body massage with just enough pressure to make it hurt, but not too much that it was excruciating (you know how massages go).
After the one-hour massage we were instructed to head to the salt room. Having never experienced a salt cave I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was excited to learn more.
They recommend wearing socks as the floor is covered in salt, the room stays at around 70 degrees so it’s nice to wear something warm and comfy. They also offer you a blanket and a zero gravity chair to drift off into space. If you are just going for the salt cave experience the price is super reasonable at $40 for 50 minutes.
